What you’ll do?
- Handle Transaction Processing System and Handle Complain.
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Generate new user become new customer.
- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
- Keeping customers updated with the latest program and products to increase sales.
- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
- Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
- Knowing your competition and creating strategy and customer program.
- Creating Report and Meeting with Chiefs in the organization to plan strategically.
- Building New Team in CRM Team
What are we looking for?
- Male / Female max 30 y.o.
- A bachelor degree in Management, Communication, Business, IT or a related field.
- Experienced in this field at least 2 year
- Familiar with Ecommerce, Internet & Digital Industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have a strong problem-solving skills.
- Have a passion to handling customer.
- Proficient in Microsoft office skills and Internet skills.
- Able to read and generate information from sales data.
- Able to work on weekend (remotely).
- Have a strong initiative and analysis skills.
- Able to work under pressure and fast pace.
- Have a good teamwork and leadership skills.
