How to Make Your Brand and Storytelling Matters More to Your Customer!

Apa sih yang ngebedain jualan di media sosial dan offline?

Teori ini membahas bahwa ada 3 elemen penting dalam suatu brand, yaitu:

1. Why

This is the core belief of the business. It’s why the business exist.

2. How

This is how the business fulfills that core belief

3. What 

This is what the company does to fulfill that core belief.

Keliatan simple kan? Nah ada satu hal penting yang menurut Simon Sinek, membedakan cara komunikasi brand-brand sukses, dengan brand medioker. Perbedaannya ada pada urutan cara berkomunikasi!

Ini adalah brand medioker berkomunikasi, mereka selalu berangkat dari What > How > baru ke Why. contohnya:

“We make great computers, they’re user friendly, beautifully designed, and easy to use. Want to buy one?”

Sedangkan great brands, they always start with why, and move outwards! Ini adalah salah satu contoh marketing message dari Apple, waktu mereka launching Macbook!

“With everything we do, we aim to challenge the status quo, we aim to think differently, that’s why our product are user-friendly, beautifully designed and easy to use. We just happen to make great computers. Want to buy one?”

Keliatan perbedaannya kan! That’s the beauty of starting with why! Yuk, coba terapin teori ini di bisnis kalian!
